They arrived on time or early to every appointment, wore masks and all other clean gear, were friendly and happily took time to explain everything they were working on, took initiative and went above and beyond with things like cable management and asking which side of a ceiling fans blade to put up since they were slightly different colors, did the job right the first time, and even sent a handwritten thank you note to us after completing the project. A DC inspector came to look at their work giving us a heavy up and new electrical box and said that he could take a picture of our wiring and use it as an example teaching a class. I’ve never heard an inspector give a compliment like that before. You looking for an electrician? You can stop looking right now, use Lumen Brothers and you won’t be disappointed.”
