Both Josh and Doug are licensed electricians in the state of Maryland. Josh is a Master Electrician with over 17 years of field experience. Doug is also a Master Electrician with 8 years of field experience.

Both Lumen Brothers partners, Josh and Doug, are proud fathers of spirited, inquisitive, beautiful young women. We take that role very seriously. The world is an ever-changing place and we are doing our best to raise confident, educated and kind human beings. We believe that having passion for your work and love for life and the people of your community are the cornerstones of leading a happy, fulfilled life. These are just some of the ideals we hope to pass on to the next generation. We may even have a couple of budding electricians on our hands…

Doug and Josh are both citizens of Frederick, MD and active members of the Frederick community. We shop at local businesses, eat at local restaurants, enjoy drinks at local breweries, wineries and distilleries and do our best to promote the culture of the city we call home.
ENVIRONMENTALLY CONSCIOUS
We realize that the construction industry, much like every other industry, contributes to it’s share of waste. That’s why Lumen Brothers takes the time to recycle all wire scraps, electrical panels, baseboard heaters and any other recyclable metal materials recovered from our client’s homes. We even deliver items such as usable ceiling fans and light fixtures to Habitat for Humanity’s Restore here in Frederick to keep as much solid waste out of the landfill as possible. It’s a small step but we feel that we’re doing our part!
